The app enables users to track exercises, set and rep counts, and previous records for easy reference. Additionally, LiftRep includes tools for recording notes on sets and timing rest periods during workouts.
Planning workouts is made simple with the Routine editor feature, which provides pre-loaded exercise and equipment lists that users can customize. Users can also monitor measurements like weight, body fat, and waist size through the Profile feature. Moreover, LiftRep allows users to discover and save new workout routines shared by Community members.
